The HYBRID 1.0 Program is a 12-week fitness plan featuring four weekly workouts (lower heavy, upper, lower light, whole body) and one run, aiming to improve fitness and endurance to run a 5k in under 30 minutes.
Participants access the Ana Katic Fitness App's extensive exercise and recipe libraries, along with FREE guides on nutrition, reverse dieting, pre and post-natal fitness, and gut health.
